It totally is. I have been trying to avoid all horror movie cliches, but it didn't last long at all. XD

I didn't want to do that to poor Hotch, but I had to. I wouldn't otherwise, honest.

I dunno, cliches are what they are because they're good and useful things, if done well. Which, I think you are. So I wouldn't worry about that.

Well of course not. But hey, as my understanding of it goes, eliciting emotion in your audience is sort of what writers are supposed to go for. I mean, it's sympathy or empathy for the characters that keeps the audience coming back, isn't it?

There is that point, though my journalism advisor was as anti-cliche as they get. I still feel a bit bad, but thank you. I hoped that they came off well.

Oh, but of course, and I'm still getting used to actually writing things that make all of you guys keep coming back. :P
