Hangtown Fry

Today was my second attempt at making Hangtown Fry, and all in all, it was a success.  T'was inspired by my first attempt last week at West-An Tir War.

Last Friday a group of us went into Gold Beach from the A & W War site specifically to get fish from the local fishmongers, www.fishdirect.com/.  We came away with much piscaliciousness including 7

Alas, I did not get a taste of your version of hangtown fry, but the oysters themselves were as good as i've ever had.
