'reoccurring dreams' - Sibir/Swallow's Tail, HelenataennynJanuary 19 2009, 21:24:08 UTC
Her days are filled with fire, crossing brief spaces of freezing cold to slip into someone else's warmth, splash blood in stripes or capture them alive, but her nights are calm, untroubled by nightmares. She sleeps anywhere there's a space, her face not so much peaceful as somewhere else, to those around her.
She dreams of ice, the gentle blue glow of glaciers and the instruments of the vodyanoi's daughters, sleeping in the cold and hearing faraway voices sing.

She does not dream of men.
