Personally, wine is pretty much the only alcohol I do like the taste of, but I don't like the feeling of beng tipsy, forget drunk. Hence, I don't drink it. (And if pressured to drink or slipped alcohol, a sulking, uncomfortable Fox will defnitely not improve a party ...)
I don't mind a little if it's a flavor I can handle. And I just like getting to that pleasantly floaty sensation, no more. I don't like being stupid drunk, followed by hungover and sick. *bleh*

Agreed with you on alcohol. The only thing I've found I can drink are strawberry daquiris. And I've never had enough of those to get me tipsy. (I typically just have one and stop. lol)
I don't like dry wines either. If you do prefer sweet wines, I've found that there's a sweet Italian white wine, Moscato d'Asti, bottled by a number of wineries, that is really nice dessert-type wine. Goes great with those Italian fig cookies.

Also, I'm with you about booze. Esp the "Yoga Contortions". So I either drink something sweet/fizzy. Or I do shots. :-P
Good to know you're out there!
