Well, it has been over two weeks since I expected to receive my preorder of Dragon Age Origins. amazon has not only failed to deliver it, but has failed to respond to my questions about the delay effectively

Sounds just like the Apple fiasco I had a year ago. If you remember, I had all those screw-ups with the replacement and warranty on my old laptop. They were offering me $75 off a purchase of over $350 as an apology. I couldn't believe it; the way you say "I'm sorry" is to have me spend more money? That's an insult! Eventually, they relented and sent the 500GB Time Capsule and refunded my entire warranty purchase price.
