Today  was a bad day. ate well over 1500+ calories in almond butter and just feel so frustrated the  way that I am failing. Tomorrow is Sunday though, another chance at a fresh new start. i have to lose   25lbs by christmas. So the past couple of days were thrillingly wonderful. I did a 48hr. Juice fast, and even though my goal was to do 6 days, I'll content myself with the 48hrs. seeing as I have a lot of essays due, this weekend and so need to eat a little to keep up brain power and stamina. I did a 48hr. water fast. That should count for something. Anyway, it really helped me to kickstart everything into gear. Today because of the remembrance of what the water fast felt like I was able to actually appreciate the hunger pains, and content myself in the comfortable knowledge that:
