You did it the right way around - parking at the Galleria is free, parking at Americana is a paid lot. It's best to park across the street and visit it that way!

My husband's company did the landscaping - it's really beautifully done!

But we didn't park with an eye toward getting over there, so it was very confusing, especially since two-thirds of the party didn't actually know what our true destination was.
