Wow! They've been spying on mah dorfs!! That is very cool! I've heard both good and not great things about LOTRO but hope you enjoy it. And if Pugnose is still out there playing, and you run into him out there, make sure you say hi!

Do you remember his character name? I know he's on Landroval (so am I, it's the "big" RP server) but I can't for the life of me find his minstrel's name, since Haven's search engine went all wonky!

This is going to be a dangerous blog to read. I avoid most video games, especially the MMOs, because I don't have the time, and I know how quickly I'd get addicted. But this *really* looks like fun...

The best part is that hat is from the noob zone (well, the second part of it). They're pretty good about giving you decent looking stuff right from the get-go in terms of armor, at least that I've seen so far. No flimsy chain junk, at least.

Heh, you make me want to dust my copy off and try it again. Although it looks like you got some cooler gear off the bat than I did. I never got a coll hat like that. *jealous*

OMG dust it off! Yay! And Dan too! Whee!

The cool hat is one of the last rewards you get in the elf/dwarf 2-6 zone, but I've seen humans wearing them too so they must get something similar.

Berry didn't though. I can't remember if she was offered it or if I chose an actual hat with better stats though. The purple pimphat was a step-down statwise but... it was too cool!
