Darima, mind you, when you are back here you will love it again :) After all, India is the place from which you can go to France or Amsterdam or else. There is no much fun in going to Amsterdam from Paris and vice versa, but it is a great experience to go there from India. The contrast is so striking! The contrast is what makes all the difference :)
Working in India for 2 years and that too in Bangalore put me more often than not into "bad moods and self-pity mode."
I guess it's a challenge that I just could not overcome. Believe me, moving away from that city will do you a world of good.
Look for opportunities in Bombay or Delhi. While these cities aren't Europe by any stretch of the imagination, you'll blend in easier and have a much better quality of life.

I'm so jealous that you got to meet our "pink" friend. I can't believe it's already been five years. I wish we can all meet again at a reunion. How is she doing? Other than being married, how has she changed?
When you first went back to India around two years ago, seem that you like it better than now. What has changed? What company / project are you working on right now? By any chance would you considering working in Canada? If you swing by Toronto, I would love you have you stay at our place.
Would you be in Paris this July? I will be visiting for a week.

I can't believe you still login to livejournal. I haven't seen any updates from you for such a long time that I thought your account is dead and removed you from my friends list!.. I'm planning to shoot an e-mail to the Indira Nagar Trainee House mail loop once am back to Bangalore and have a bit more time. Or maybe I'll just write to you about what I think abt India and my job. It's a bit long story :) How are things with you?.. If you are visiting Paris, Amsterdam is only 3 hrs train journey from here, but book tickets in advance.
