Jesus! God! When I call and say I would like to cancel something, I truly want to cancel it. Do not try to wiggle me into not canceling. Do not tell me you can do X,Y and z. Just cancel the god damned thing as I have asked and save us all the wasted time. UGH. Customer Service please remember the customer may actually want what they are asking for

Ugh! It sounds like your experience was a lot like that poor guy just trying to cancel his AOL account that made the news a couple of years ago! Hopefully you didn't as hard a time as he did!
