Jesus! God! When I call and say I would like to cancel something, I truly want to cancel it. Do not try to wiggle me into not canceling. Do not tell me you can do X,Y and z. Just cancel the god damned thing as I have asked and save us all the wasted time. UGH. Customer Service please remember the customer may actually want what they are asking for. They may be well informed consumers who do not want your bullshit talk on all the crap. We may just know what we want and actually want you to do it.
