Since my recent 4 day BC I have been just down to "bare bones" t-taping wise.
Bare bones for me is daily - PBS, OIP, Alfalfa, brushing and T-Tapp at work. HD/s PBS, or just standing in KLT a lot.
And yet somehow I feel guilty for not doing enough ?? Is this still residue from my 6x per week of aerobics in my late 20's early 30's

I am not losing weight right now, but I've got an appointment Thursday that I'm really excited about.
I'm going to post tonight on it, but I'm going to see the wizard an EFT master.
