This is Juanita--I keep forgetting to get an ID!
Concerning your knee pain--make sure you're really pushing the knee to the little toe and not turning it inward toward the inner ankle. Also, remember to keep your knees bent! If you're not doing this already, be sure to put most of your body weight on the outer portion of the foot--even lift up your first couple of toes to make sure you're doing it--taking pressure off the knees and helping those outer thigh muscles too! What do you think of MORE so far? If you really concentrate on contracting all those muscles and holding the contraction--it can be a totally tough workout, even with 4 reps. Good luck!

MORE certainly does make me sweat! I'm not sure I'm losing any inches or anything, though. I can usually feel at least some slight soreness in various muscles, so I figure (hope) it must be doing something!
