Ok, I got the MORE workout, and the first day I did it, second day I did that and Broom, today I did MORE, Broom, and Chair. I'm not sure I'm doing everything right, but my specific question is about the knees. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but my knees- mostly my right one, but a little both- have been hurting. Any tips to help me make sure I'm doing this right? Or is some knee pain normal at first?
