Hi, I don't know if this community is very active, but I figured I'd join it anyway. I'm Jen.

I recently ran across some info about T-Tapp and decided to look into it. After a couple weeks of wondering if I should try it, if it'd be worth it, I gave in and ordered the MORE program. Has anyone else tried this? I wasn't sure if I should get that one- I work out about 20 minutes a day 6 times a week, and I didn't know if it would be less challenging.....but, it does say for people with more to lose in addition to the being for older people or people with knee and back problems, so I decided to go for it.

I've been using a Tamilee Webb workout (set of 6, rotated) from I Want That Body. I definitely have some nice muscle under all the flab, but you can't tell unless you poke me LOL. So I need to find something that will help me lose the nice insulating layers of fat. I'm 5'4" with a pretty small frame carrying about 200lbs. Before 2 kids and quitting cigarettes, I was a 0-3.

Anyway, nice to have found this group, if anyone has any advice or 'it worked for me' stories, I'd love to hear them. I'm trying to be optimistic!
