Seriously now, is Hollywood that desperate, that uncreative? Right now there will be not one, not two, but three horror movie remakes at the cinemas. There is One Missed Call, the remake of the Japanese The Call. Then we have The Eye remake of the Chinese movie of the same name. And soon we'll get the remake of the Thai movie Shutter.I admit, I did

Yeah--a friend of mine asked me, "Is this movie The Eye something we'd want to see?" I was like...we did see it. In Chinese. No need to see it again, really.

I remember seeing The Eye really well because it was the day OotP came out. I took a break from reading to see it.

And I somehow don't think seeing the movie again with Jessica Alba starring is going to improve the experience. Just like The Grudge didn't get better just because they added Sarah Michelle Geller.

Well, I just read how the remake of The Eye ends.

Unlike the original, Jessica Alba's character pretty much manages to save everyone from the explosion and loses her eye sight again when she's saving a little girl. *eyeroll*
