I love the way that you've used the POV of the whole team. And by eck it works. This is a really good addition to the episode, I love it. You have caught all the voices very convincingly and made it believable.

I really, really like your take on the choices they all face. Your character voices are believable, and I particularly like Owen's thoughts on everything. Incisive and succinct, I think they capture Torchwood to a tee. Poor Tosh! You've caught her in a way that seems so true that it's heartbreaking.

Jack's huge but insecure ego, especially, is very well exposed in this story. Much as I love Jack/Ianto, I can't help feeling sorry for Ianto just because he's interested in Jack, in the first place. ;) Gwen's firm attachment to the here and now of Cardiff and Rhys and life is what gives Torchwood its soul, and should keep them grounded in why they're doing what they're doing. Very, very nice. Thank you so much for writing this. :)

I really disliked Gwen the first season but she has defnately improved this year.

*flails* This is brilliant. You've gone straight to the heart of the matter, every time. It's cutting and bitter and strong and...oh...guys. I loved all of it, but Tosh's and Gwen's in particular, the endings were just right.

Great stuff. *sniff* I seem to be using my sad!Jack icon a lot lately.

Tosh's is my favorite, and considering that I generally find Tosh's voice hard to find, it came really easily.
