So...3D rendering, or fat rendering? What kind of story could do either of those things to one's heart? (I'm assuming he meant heart rending.)

Sam being a virgin before she met Draco doesn't prove she wasn't a prostitute. It could have been her first night on the job. It's unlikely, but it's still a point a lawyer could use.

However, there's still the assumption that 1) the burden of proof is on Sam to prove she didn't have money for sex and 2) someone who worked as a sex worker could never be a fit mother.
