Well, I'm recovering from last night's ill-advised excess of Żywiec on the pretext of being snowed in, so might as well take advantage of the hotel's free unmetered internet access (!) to sharpen my spork and get stuck in.

Like I said, at this point in time I would have Harry thrown in prison, too. No matter how "cutesy" or "loving" their relationship is, it does not change the fact that ( ... )

Harry in this fic couldn't be more obviously evil if he had the word "evil" printed on his shirt, and yet the author makes Pomfrey and McGonagall so unlikeable and OOC that it's hard to side with them either. Basically nobody comes out of Deserving looking good, and Darkness-Induced Audience Apathy ensues.

It's sort of like Hitler and Gaddafi- yeah, Hitler's worse, but they're both horrible people.

Or basically this. A good analogy.
