You know, I don't really care if they're all OOC. Harry deserves to be thrown in prison after what he's been doing to Snape. And if I were Ron and I discovered that my former best friend had not only raped by former professor, who I know is mostly innocent, several times, but had also attempted to emasculate (both things that I'm pretty sure are actually considered war crimes in some areas of the world) my old professor, I would make sure to get him thrown into prison for his extremism.
