With all that "precious", my guess is the author is either Gollum or Lysa Arryn.

When I first read Dark Secrets, which I stumbled upon by searching the Uber-Pit for Harry Potter fics with a low average rating*, I completely cracked up when I got to the "my preciousss" bit. There's no way on Earth that it wasn't an intentional reference, and it's just so inappropriate for the scene. As I said on a comment recently:

Evil!Ron breaking into Sue's bedroom: fine, if OOC, and would be legitimately scary if we cared about Sue in the first place. Evil!Ron tying her up with duct tape: pushing it, and where the hell did he get duct tape anyway? Evil!Ron quoting Lord of the Rings at her: WTF?
