No butter for your fish? Oh noez! You must have butter with fish!
If you have any fish left (I'm guessing you might, if you bought the fillets frozen) you should sear them with some really hot clarified butter in a pan and add some capers, lemon and some sea salt. (If you have any of that wonderful Mrs. Dash table blend, shake some on for a less-sodium seasoning...that or Old Bay - best standard back-up for seafood!)
Do you like salmon? I've got a great quick-recipe for that and salmon's got more nutrition and more bang for you buck. ;)

Marinate a couple salmon steaks (steaks are better for grilling, but fillets are good for a pan/oven) in: soy sauce, minced ginger, horseradish (be careful here!), and garlic. If you want it spicy you can add some siracha sauce or that thicker Asian chili pepper paste - I add it to ALL my 'spicy' dishes, it really packs a punch
