I've been considering going back to vegetarianism lately. Or at least becoming very conservative in my flesh eating. The store next to where I live carries seiten and the good tofu(as apposed to the bad tofu that is slimey). I love your photos of your meal. And I really dig your kitchen. It makes me want a kitchen table. :D
