Sold out already!!! I managed to get tickets for myself and a friend, but my other two friends missed out.
So.. do you reckon they'll release a second lot like last year?
Who else has their fingers crossed?

Not the greatest line up I know, but no way am I going to miss Rage Against the Machine, Arcade Fire and Bjork!

Better to regret something you have done than something you havn't done I guess. I'm quite surprised that they sold so fast though, since so many people considered it to be a shit lineup. Because of all the RATM hype do you think?

nope.

because of last year's scalper fiasco when tickets appeard on ebay in lots of 10 right after it sold out, for up to $450 each.
they refused to acknowledge the problem then, but i think they've overcompensated this year with the limit of two and promises to hunt down and flay alive anybody reselling them above cost price.

i guess the memories of last year were enough to make everyone panic this time around and hammer the official site from 12am to avoid missing out.
i doubt anybody is doing backflips over the lineup yet

a couple of my friends got tix this morning at Ticketmaster... sold out pretty quickly... I don't think the mine up is worth it so I'm not planning to go... but yeah I think it's safe to say the line up will definitely improve and I think a lot of people have bought tickets with that thought in mind.

Awesome. Well hopefully my friends will have a bit more luck with the second round of tickets.

I'm pretty psyched about Arcade Fire and Bjork, I think they'll be pretty incredible live.
