To this day I still can't parallel park. In fact, I struggle just to do straight parking. I think it's because I have trouble visualizing just where the car is.
Of course, I readily admit to being a crappy driver.
This one was totally taken from my own real life; I still can't parallel park. Then again there isn't much call to do that in Louisiana. (Thank God!)
My own driver's ed experience was horrific! My first time in a car, the instructor made me drive on this ancient country road that had these wicked curves that were SO deep that it felt like the car was at a 90o to the ground.
It was also pouring down rain and the road was so substandard it could have easily been mistaken for a dirt road.
*shivers*
I still get queasy when I have to drive in curves.
I've been doing it about ten years, and I still have trouble pulling in straight sometimes. In my defense, I would point out, however, that those are all places where they painted the lines ridiculously close together so you only have a couple of inches clearance on either side even when you pull the car in perfectly.

After that, my dad took over and I drove around in my mom's old car -- a blue and silver, '82 Datsun Maxima.
That was orange!
ORANGE? How orange are we talking? Burnt sienna/deep orange, Dukes of Hazard orange, or pylon-bright orange?

I'm a crappy driver and I admit it. LOL.
I love my driveway.
I'd say the same thing, but I've almost hit my mom's truck a couple of times.
