Isn't it Reverend Buttfuck? I think Mr. Good Fuck was the trick Brian leaves in the loft in one of the first couple eps.
It is? I remembered Mr. Good Fuck, but I thought CowLip recycled the name...sort of like people having multiple birthdays. Then again, it's been ages since I've actually watched the show since I'm still in denial/mourning about it being over.
lol I haven't ever watched my DVDs either, and I only have seasons 1-3, but I play in the coffeclub comm and everything comes up there, eventually. George Goodfuck was the trick and it was Rev. Tom Butterfield, hence Buttfuck. Well, and also because Brian did, you know, fuck him. lol
I always have to think twice about commenting on grammar or spelling as some authors don't want to hear it (though most do), but I know you're as picky as I am, and would *want* to know! :)
Strangers: This was so beautifully expressed. I was quite choked up by Brian's resolute feelings and yet the end had such a lovely message for the future.
Diamonds: LMAO! I love envisioning JR as a pseudo-dilinquent, which is probably the best revenge against a Mom like Melanie. You actually did surprise me...and I'm not easily surprised.
I'm glad that you enjoy my fic. It's all part of the reason I write...that and to quite the voices in my head. ;D
As to Diamonds, I love the idea of Gus, JR, or both of them growing up to be these out of control teens made adults. Considering the wide variety of people that make up their 'family,' I'm fairly certain they wouldn't grow up normal. If anything, they'd be loud, in-your-face, and non-apologetic about it.
Thank you for taking the time to leave me feedback!

And that, to him, was worth whatever the cost may be.
That was so sad and beautiful....
2nd fic...MWAAAHAA! Oh, don't you know that Mel is shitting her pants...

Thank you.
I'd intended to enter it as a qaf_challenges entry, but I couldn't seem to finish it in enough time.
That and it's embarassinly schmaltzy IMO.

Thank you. :D
I was beginning to feel rusty so I forced myself to finish these two. I figured I couldn't go wrong with Gus and JR are up to no good fic.
As to the bathroom, it can FOAD right along with the last chapters of Healing.

Just wonderful. This last bit was especially poignant.
And the second one - HA! JR knew *exactly* what Gus would think! lol
couple nits on .25:
Claire's phone call had drug him from his kid's side: drug should be dragged.

Thank you for pointing out my errors.

OMG! Yes. Now I totally remember!
I honestly need to sit down and watch the whole show over again because time and too much AU fan fic is making the little details fall from memory.

Exactly! :D

You know I have Lesbi-Mom issues. ;D
I've actually been planning on using JR as the out of control child for a few of my Gus ficlets. I'm working on one now as a matter of fact.

I'm glad you enjoyed them, and thank you for the FB! :D

Strangers was really heart-breaking. But I loved the closure Brian felt at the end.
Diamonds was hilarious and the twist at the end was great.
This line made me laugh out loud :He idly wondered if Melanie knew any good lawyers or bail bondsmen in Nevada.
