My five kinks:

er, this isn't exactly porn but I hope it suffices? XD

Dean doesn’t know when he starts having a thing for Cas’s hands.

If he was entirely honest with himself, he’d admit that it might have started when Dean realized what exactly was branded into his shoulder, but he isn’t, and anyway he hadn’t really realized it back then.

Also Cas’s hands aren’t his. They used to be Jimmy’s hands, in theory, before his body got blown up and he went in a hopefully better place, but can you blame Dean if he has come to associate them with Cas? Especially since he started to be less of an angel.

And even then, he thinks those hands still are a perfect fit for Cas, like a glove

He doesn’t think he will ever get why Cas, when it’s all over, most times takes one of Dean’s hands between his and looks at it like it holds the secrets of the universe. But by then Dean is out of it most times and so he lets Cas do it. Also because it just feels good to have Cas’s fingers run along Dean’s palm. He usually falls asleep right after
