What Makes a Camden?

Mar 04, 2007 19:55

Been a while, eh? I guess I kept a low profile online for the past week. I've been tired and lazy, and there's really been very little to report anyways. Just been doing the same old thing... work, the gym, food, sleep. Nothing too exciting ( Read more... )

I've got to say Camden, this has been really interesting to read. I had to do a genealogy project once in Science and was able to trace my family back to the early 1800s.

Oh yeah, welcome back!! :)

Glad you enjoyed it. :D Some of my family is traced back farther than others. My great-grandmother (Kenison) that I mentioned, we didn't know her parents or anything. So the stuff at ancestry.com is all new to us. I better make sure I save all this information before the three-day trial expires. Tomorrow, I'll do it tomorrow. :D

It's so awsome that you have such a diverse ethnicity. Wow! :D

I will probably have to have an eye check later on this month when I'm getting my contacts, but that shouldn't be anything major. :)

Ah yes, thank the good ol' US of A melting pot for the blending of peoples.

Good luck at your eye appointment!

Nice to have you back twinnie :D Lol, I always update, even if I have nothing to say :P Can't help myself...
I'm glad your sight hasn't changed, but it's a bummer about the insurances. Hurry up finding a new place! ;)
I have to go do that quiz now :D But I'm disappointed that Star Trek Voyager isn't in it :/ No surprises about your result though, lol!

Wow, you're quite a mix :) My mum searched and found her ancestors back to the 16th century, an we were still in Sweden I think. But I don't know about my dad, so I should search a bit there ;)

You always seem to have something to say. Mine would be: Today I worked, ate, and slept. Good night. :D I try to spare everyone from that.

I think one of the lines can be traced back to the 16th century as well but most of what we know doesn't go back that far.

Wow, you think so? :P I'm impressed by myself ;) Oh well, sometimes I only update with a few lines; that's when nothing *really* happened ;)

Yay for finding old ancestors ;)

I scored as Farscape, surprise surprise ;)

Ooh finding out about family trees and heritage is just awesome!! I have always wanted to find out more about mine (I really should do a family tree thing myself), I do think most of my ancestry will be scottish though, except there was the one person from Norway that ends up being a great uncle thrice removed or something daft like that)

you have quite a mix in there Camden :D (and I would be totally proud of that 1/64th of a native american too ;) did you know Carmine Giovinazzo- the wonderful Danny Messer- is part native american...*swoons*)

I need to get my eyes tested too...but if I am dropping this semester then I will leave it until I go back to uni. In september. Lol. I am such a procrastinator.

Farscape. *giggles* I was proud of my SG-1. :D

When ever I read the name Danny Messer, I think of knives... Because Messer is knife in German. But he's supposed to be Italian in the show? Or did we just talk about that because the actor's actually Italian? Awk, I'm getting all confuzzled.

I procrastinate as well. You're in good company. ;)
