I was just thinking about the history of Bioware romances. They hot dudes are really piling up, no?
Anomen, Carth, Atton, That guy in Jade Empire whose name I can never remeber, Kaidan, and of course Alistair.

@Bearit: Alistair only third? I would count him as a scoundrel too. Just a sweeter more innocent one. ^^

*lol* Well, to be fair, Alistair is a very close third while Carth and Kaidan are a not-close fourth and fifth. And, if I had to be honest, I found Alistair completely endearing up until I made him king, and before the siege of Denerim, when he was all, "THIS. IS. SPARTAAAAAAAAA!" That is when I fell in love with him, because that is when he proved to me that, hot damn, he's a badass. <3

(Okay, okay, fine, I amend my scoundrel statement. It's all about the badasses for me. :P *lol*)

Alistair is my favorite so far, but how can we forget Valen???

Alistair is the winner for me. Followed by Atton (who is more Obsidian's than Bioware's, I think?) and Kaiden. I used to like Carth but the DRAMA eventually had me wanting to deck him in replays of KotOR.
I liked Jade Empire, but oddly enough I really couldn't find the guy all that memorable.
As for Anomen... Well, I hold a lot of OMGFANGIRLRAGE toward him. The first play through I was fine with him. It was a new RP interaction, yay! Then the more I learned about him, the more I just loathed the character.

Alistair, Sky, Onassi, Rand, Alenko.

I love Sky, sad past, driven by vengeance in a very... erm, proactive manner.

His "I love you scene" was wonderful and came at a shocking moment in the game.

I also want to count Sagacious Zu, who is not a boyfriend.

Carth and Alistair --Tied for #1. Alistair is actually who I'd prefer in RL, but Carth will always have a near and dear place in my heart. :D

Kaiden--Dead last. If it weren't for the sexy voice he'd have nothing going for him, I'm afraid.

I can agree with Anomen being rather annoying, but at least there was some great banter mods that improved him immensely.
