B=Pass November 2005 translation

A much overdue translation~ I finished it some time ago for someone, and I've been debating whether to post this now or later after I've finished all the other articles. But I figured some things might make more sense if you are shown the whole picture from the start. :D

Forget humans, to me, there is no being that doesn't al least have some of that in them. And visa versa. I don't believe anyone is ever purely evil. And really how others view us depends on their own experiences and like you said, perception. But what truly matters is how we look at ourselves. If we can pass our own judgements/tests, then that

It is VERY hard. I don't think we can ever truly disregard the way others view us and just focus on ourselves. Especially our loved ones. The more we love and care for them, the more we fear their rejections. (sound familiar? ^^) To stand by our beliefs and faiths is not an easy thing. But precisely because it is so precious, we need to fight for it even more, right? ^^

Whoa, cool. *0* Wow, I can actually feel the scene you are describing. Actually, that large tree you mention remind me of the picture in Farewell. Of him sitting under a tree, looking down.

I love it too~! I was taken aback when I read it. It is like a jigsaw puzzle and you see all the pieces fall into place. Suddenly you see the link between stories, and at the same time, more questions and new concepts come to mind. It's a never-ending story, I say. :D

.___. DIABOLOS is a real "human" work, hmmm? It really touches something deep in your heart and makes you reflect on yourself again. All these only through music and pictures. o.o

Never-ending story, certainly. He has crafted such a complex entity here, that it is bound to be as endless as infinity itself.

And yes, the album definitely has a way of reaching deep inside you. I really think this album is unlike anything I've experienced before.

Yeah, the whole story is just awesome. *happy*
Can one really say that the Darkside Inhabitants are truly evil then...?
Maybe that's the most brilliant part of the whole story. What or who in real life is just evil or just good? God or Satan himself maybe, but that's it. It's not as easy as society wants to make us believe day by day. Every good person has an evil side, even if it's hidden very well. Bad people also have a heart somewhere. So this album is also a good lesson, I think.

Soo, early modern Europe...
I love old buildings, especially castles. Okay, the castle in "Todokanai.."-PV is Neu Schwanstein. The castle in the inlay of the Diabolos-CD is Burg Hohenzollern (Tuebingen, also Germany). Don't know if the crew took too many photos during their trip here in September 2004... XD) Both castles were build / finished in 2nd half of 19th century, which is early modern Europe in my opinion. Maybe I'm too much into this, but I doubt that this is just coincidence. I'm probably imagining things here...>_<

Dispar is the only song on Diabolos that I distinctly remember the translation for (*cough* I wonder why... ^^;;), but I don't see how that plays into the story. Unless Gackt is describing the battle in a very odd way >_

XD Hahaha, it isn't actually~ It's pretty straightforward, and the beauty of it is it's open to interpretation. There are so many ways of interpreting the story, it all just depends on your personal experiences and mindset. :D
