Bryan and pals were in town, and we did it up. Cocktails, primo burgundy, top shelf from Argentina, charcuterie from Neopol, fermier tart flambee, finished with a bottle of ice wine. Then back home for a Mathis friendly martini (Rogue Pink Spruce Gin, Dolin AOC Blanc vermouth, and artichoke liquor). Paired of course with local heirloom tomatoes,
