Long Hiatus
Like the subject suggests, it has been a long time since I've updated this space. The last time I did, my little darling was 6 months old and now he will be 1 year old in 4 days' time. 5 Months
My little darling turned 5 months old on Thursday and on Friday, he had his first taste of solid. For the first 2 spoonfuls, everything flowed out 2 seconds after I put the cereal into his mouth but after that he could swallow at least half a spoonful. On this day a year ago, Daddy and Mummy first got to know of your presence through 2 red lines. That was the 2nd happiest day of mummy's life (happiest day was the day you were born :)). From that day onwards, mummy's life changed.. from my temperament to my habits to my priorities. But mummy is happy to make all the changes just for you.

Work Life
I've been taking leave at least one day a week as I have to clear my current year's annual leave and childcare leave. Come next year I will be clearing my balance 3 weeks maternity leave and together with my CCL and AL, I will have 37 days of leave. All the short work weeks are making me spoilt. My sis and I accompanied my mum to Chanel yesterday to choose a birthday present but in the end I was the one who walked out of the boutique with a beautifully wrapped box.
