I feel so unwell. I just spewed in a carpark.

I took a careless risk, no thought about the consequences as I had forgotten the potential.

I just want to go home and lie down. I'm feeling better now as I'm writing this, but still not right. Feeling quite wrong actually, but not as bad as before the purge.
