Going green tonight. One cone and fuck. Along with my bottle and a half of wine. More to come tonight. First even of drug use in a few months. Funny I was talking to James tonight saying my p!nk song is "sober" because I've been clean and sober for a few months. With a glass of wine in my left hand.

My ears are going cold now. Haha.

I feel so unwell. I just spewed in a carpark.

I took a careless risk, no thought about the consequences as I had forgotten the potential.
