I need to get around to checking my hotmail account, haven't opened that up in a week. And I need to get around to replying to comments here. And reading LJ posts, I've been quite neglectful. I suppose I'll get around to it after cleaning the kitchen and watching some Stargate SG-1 Season 7. I'll finish the disc I'm up to then hop back on here

but since research showed that exercize was equally effective in relieving depression, i went for that option. if only it was as easy ro run for 45 min every day as it was to swallow a pill *sigh* Its also hard to know youre putting yourself at risk every day you dont exercize...

However she is quite active now so I just need to see how I can do my yoga while she runs around and plays. I run and play with her but it does tire me out. But Yoga was always my favourite.
