I loved it too. But there was one more thing that I was pissed about besides them not mentioning Jasper's power: they didn't talk about anyone's past. If they had an extra half hour, they could have included all of that, but they didn't. Oh well. I still loved it. Rob played Edward perfectly (even if his constipated expressions made me giggle incessantly at parts). And Emmett only had like one joke...

Also, I'm pretty sure the past tense of 'squee' is 'squeed.' Even though it looks horrible.

Ah Robert, your crazy chin does nothing for me! And I know a thing or two about sexy chins....but your Edwardiness made up for it!
The crowd really made it fun for me. I think someone yelled "bite her already" during that awkward tension scene on her bed right before.....oh..WHAT?! They are SO not going to DO it right?! Oh *breathes* false alarm. We must wait until the inevitable sequel movies for that...

It wasn't at my theater - my theater mostly had worshipful silence except for occasional squees, cheers whenever a new character was introduced [especially when Edward slow-moed into the cafeteria] and my uncontrollable hyena laughter during the Scene of Great Sparkle - but I heard through the interwebs that at one premiere, during the makeout scene on her bed, someone yelled, "WHERE YOUR PANTIES, GIRL?" I cannot stop saying it now. Whenever someone brings up that scene. "WHERE YOUR PANTIES, GIRL?"

Eeeeew, Jacob looked like he was twelve to me! The wig is horrible! And I just really don't like Jacob's character anyway. NO MEANS NO, JACOB. There's rumors he may be recast - but after the Fandom Rage that erupted when the same rumors were said about the Golden Trio early on in Harry Potter, I don't think they'd dare. Really, when you cast someone to something you know will be a series, be SUPER SERIAL SURE ABOUT IT.

Jasper WAS awesome, though! Especially in the baseball scene! I hate sports, as well you know, but I was cheering for

Oh my god, I know! That quote was awesome! I was surprised how many genuinely funny moments - like purposefully funny moments - there actually were. Like Charlie - Charlie was awesome in the movie! "*shotgun* Bring him in."
