Ack, I've had my fair share of GIANT SPIDER encounters over the years, and sometimes failed in my attempts to catch them (HOW DO THEY RUN SO FRIGGING FAST IT'S NOT NATURAL). I hate not knowing where they've disappeared to, but thankfully they seem to take the hint and never show up again.

(I actually gave a presentation about my GIANT SPIDER catching exploits once at university, haha. We had to give a talk on any subject of our choosing, and I was completely stuck for ideas until I went to have a shower and there was an eight-legged monster on the shower curtain. I spent about half an hour trying to plot my strategy, complete with detailed risk analysis, before taking action and just barely managing to catch it. The whole thing was *very* stressful but made for a highly entertaining anecdote!)

Re: Negative One - urgh, I can relate so hard to Adele's situation. I wonder if it's going to end as badly for her as it did for me.

I caught the spider the next day. While naked. Because it was in my shower with me.

Adele's situation has a complicated end. It's still gonna be a little while though.

Spiders always seem to appear around me once I'm in the bath, no matter how carefully I check the area beforehand. One time I lifted ny head after rinsing my hair and a spider had somehow materialised SITTING ON MY CHEST. What the hell was it trying to *do*?!?!?!
