• This was kind of an uneventful week for me. I spent a lot of time writing reviews of books I read as a teenager. Finally got up to 1995 this week.

I really love that last paragraph about Adele's mental process. I can imagine what it must feel like for her, because it sounds exactly like trying to recall what you dreamt about last night, or a long-forgotten name or something - you can poke around the possibilities and vaguely sense when you're getting close, but it takes a lot of concentration to drag the whole thing out. So yeah, great description. :)

WOW, that comment from the Bunch Marketing guy. "Old cobwebbed snatch"? Yep, "vile" is the perfect word for it. That said, I've gotta laugh at Skankivy. Maybe Skankivy could be your grown-the-F-up alter ego or something.

And I love binder clips. They're great for clothes. They make good substitutes for bag clips too.

I know! It was hilariously terrible. And what's funny is Bunch Marketing is NOT the first person to use "Skankivy" on me. The first one was some jackass about 15 years ago.
