So tomorrow night, we're going to put up our Christmas tree.  While we put it up, we have to have the following:

Egg Nog

Hot Mulled Cider

1/2 gallon of apple cider
a 1 inch knob of fresh ginger
1 whole lemon, cut in quarters
1 whole orange, cut in quarters
1 or 2 (2") cinnamon sticks
pinch of allspice (optional)
5 whole cloves

Healthy Cookies..yummmm

3 large, ripe bananas, well mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil, barely warm - so it isn't solid (or alternately, olive oil)
2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup almond meal (made by pulsing almonds in food processor until texture like sand)
1/3 cup coconut, finely shredded & unsweetened
