Why I like them: He's awesome! I love that he's so flawed and doesn't consider himself perfect and that he screws up majorly but eventually manages to get back on his feet, even if he does need to be pulled up by others. I love his snark; his one liners are so natural and hilarious, and he can be openly vulnerable and he does love his friends. And it doesn't hurt that he looks good shirtless ( ... )

Awwww, you make me love him just a little bit more. I'll never get over Doomsday, but you're right - he is sexy and witty and stubborn and flawed.

Yay! Thank you! I forgot how many feelings I had about him, lol. And I don't blame you for that. His actions in Doomsday were inexcusable and the fact that he never apologized made things worse.

Which is probably why I eventually forgave and loved him again. Or I'm weak. Whoops.

If I was a writer for the show, things would've so been different for him and his relationship with Clark. Ugh, one day I will write the redemption fic I've wanted to for years!

ITA about Doomsday. That was such a cluster*@$k that I've never really forgiven all the others involved in shooting Clark in the back. I just wish the show had had the courage to keep going in the direction it established instead of whitewashing Chloe.

The S9 finale really was the best, wasn't it? But I have so many other favorite moments, that's why I love the show still, despite its flaws.

I don't blame you. I was so angry and I wanted to give Clark all the hugs. Talk about betrayal! They're just lucky that Jimmy found Clark and not someone will ill intentions (though I really want to write fic about that happening and everyone being sorry. Of course he'd be fine at the end :\).

Seriously. I like Chloe and I enjoyed her friendship with Clark but I believe they overemphasized her role in Clark's life during her return in s10.
