Why I like them: It's Clark! He's the first character I fell in love. I love his neverending optimism, his big heart, and how he's so brave and kind, despite everything he's been through.
Why I don’t: He takes on too much blame sometimes and I just want to shake him and be like, "stop letting them guilt you!"
Favorite episode (scene if movie, book, manga, etc): 8.07 'Identity' or the s9 finale? There were too many to count.
Favorite season/movie/book/volume: s1 or s9/10
Favorite line: "I stand for truth, justice, and... other stuff." I always remember that the easiest, lol.
OTP: Clark/Oliver
Brotp: Clark & Bart
Head Canon: he wasn't okay with what happened in 'traveler'. while he continues to believe in the best in people, that was still his worst fear coming true, the open rejection and disgust by people who discover his origins and it set him back a little on his journey to go out in the public and join his friends. (i'm sorry if this is crap- it's been a while since i seriously thought of the show)
Unpopular opinion: I wasn't upset that at his decision to leave in Doomsday. I thought he was justified and all his so called friends were to blame for pushing him over the edge.
A wish: That he could have a happily ever after with Lois and they get married and can actually have a kid. Clark would be an amazing dad.
An oh-god-please-don't-ever-happen: For him to end up with Diana/Wonder Woman

ITA about Doomsday. That was such a cluster*@$k that I've never really forgiven all the others involved in shooting Clark in the back. I just wish the show had had the courage to keep going in the direction it established instead of whitewashing Chloe.

The S9 finale really was the best, wasn't it? But I have so many other favorite moments, that's why I love the show still, despite its flaws.

I don't blame you. I was so angry and I wanted to give Clark all the hugs. Talk about betrayal! They're just lucky that Jimmy found Clark and not someone will ill intentions (though I really want to write fic about that happening and everyone being sorry. Of course he'd be fine at the end :\).

Seriously. I like Chloe and I enjoyed her friendship with Clark but I believe they overemphasized her role in Clark's life during her return in s10.

Agreed! I just love that Clark was right. It made everything worth it. And yes, I know what you mean. I hate when people blindly criticize it. Sure, they did stuff wrong but they did so much right and they don't get enough credit for it.
