My guess is that Ollie does what he thinks he has to do and kills Davis, and that's the funeral we're seeing. I'm guessing this just based on the expressions on Chloe and Ollie at the gravesight. Then Clark confronts Ollie and kicks him out of the League and Ollie shoots him in the back as revenge. Or maybe its all out of sequence and Ollie shoots Clark at the very start of the episode so he can take his shot at Davis without Clark getting in his way - that makes more sense to me dramatically. Anyways, Davis comes back but he's split explicitly into two parts, perhaps when he learns about Chloe's deception. Rokk gives his warning so Clark says his goodbye to Lois. Then the final confrontation is on! Not sure where Tess and the orb fit in, but this looks like one rocking finale! I'm excited again!!

I think that just makes sense period. It doesn't the other way you mentioned. Because the League is there when Ollie shoots Clark. I think they see that and see how far of their leader has gone and THEN they kick him out.
I don't know if I'm excited yet but I'm definitely curious.
Ollie shooting Clark is so not cool and it's stupid. What do they want from Ollie, why are they making him look bad. Lois-RBB call is LOVE! I think that will be my favourite part of the episode :))
Everything about Davis and Doomsday is so confusing,so I'm not even trying to understand it LOL. And I don't believe Chloe anything, not a single word.

Chloe is also frustrating and I guess we'll both have to wait to see what's going on with Davis/Doomsday cuz I can't figure it out. :\
Well, Ollie is acting like a douchebag. He murdered Lex already and now he shoots Clark in the back with what's probably a kryptonite arrow? The guy is off the deep end here! How can anyone trust someone like that to head a Justice League?
Though kicking him out may not be the smartest option, since it's HIS league and he also funds it. Last time I check, none of the rest of them have enough money to maintain the League.
Michael Rosenbaum didn't sign on for a s8 but they brought in this double to play him in the middle of s8 and Ollie did end up killing him. None of us actually believe he's dead but that's what the show made it look like. :\
And for the shooting, I wans thinking maybe he wanted to immobilize Clark before they take care of Davis ? Or the arrow was for Davis ? I really don't know... I don't think so. Kryptonite no longer affects Davis and Clark just looks so betrayed. Those two have been arguing a lot this season cuz Ollie thinks Clark should kill and you know, Superman doesn't DO that.
I'm thinking that this is leading to that nobody will be as moral of a leader as Clark but right now, it makes no sense.
Trust me, they're pretty much making Ollie's character frustrating this season, especially in the second half.
I don't want Bart or Clark or Oliver to die... ToTBart's not a significant enough character to kill off. Tom Welling is the center of the show and has been signed on for a s9 so even if he does die, he'll come back to
( ... )
I'm not worried at all about Lois and that Legion ring I think it's going to instrumental in reversing time so that if that's Jimmy's funeral or Clark's she's going to set things right so to speak but I think Chloe will end up dying in Jimmy's place...
As for the Lois RBB convo.. I have mixed feelings if Clark knows he's gonna die why talk to her as the RBB I mean why not talk to her as himself I mean he's going to die!! Now's the time to come out of the closet so to speak
my hopes for a Clois kiss are fading fast thought.. I just don't see how TPTB could think a converstaion would make a Cloiser forgive all????
But as far as finale's go THIS ONE IS SOOOOOOO GONNA ROCK
Hmm ... that's an interesting theory. But will Lois even know that it takes you back in time? Or do you think she'll stumble back on accident and be all "???"
I don't know why he won't reveal himself. Maybe he doesn't want Lois to be afraid for him? The Red Blue Blur is one thing but if she found out it was Clark, she may refuse to leave.

I hope you're right. I'm still a bit worried about how it's going to play out. SV has taught me to keep my expectations low.
