Michael Rosenbaum didn't sign on for a s8 but they brought in this double to play him in the middle of s8 and Ollie did end up killing him. None of us actually believe he's dead but that's what the show made it look like. :\
And for the shooting, I wans thinking maybe he wanted to immobilize Clark before they take care of Davis ? Or the arrow was for Davis ? I really don't know... I don't think so. Kryptonite no longer affects Davis and Clark just looks so betrayed. Those two have been arguing a lot this season cuz Ollie thinks Clark should kill and you know, Superman doesn't DO that.
I'm thinking that this is leading to that nobody will be as moral of a leader as Clark but right now, it makes no sense.
Trust me, they're pretty much making Ollie's character frustrating this season, especially in the second half.
I don't want Bart or Clark or Oliver to die... ToT Bart's not a significant enough character to kill off. Tom Welling is the center of the show and has been signed on for a s9 so even if he does die, he'll come back to life. Ollie ... IDK. I've been worried that they're going to kill him for a while now.
