im freaking out over here. were getting ready to go to the airport and i hate flying. im trying to focus on how much fun we'll have once we get to the beach but its not working. aaaaaah. i've literally about crapped my pants 6 times.

all i have to say right now is OMG! i thought disco sweat was amazing, but the sweatin to the oldies box set kd got me for my birthday is 100 times more incredible than that!!! its a way more intense workout and i laughed the entire time. i wish i could find time to do it on a regular basis.

i am so proud that this has happened in my lifetime.

its been almost a year since i've been able to fit into my old size small scrub tops. they were just too uncomfortable so i offered them to marilyn but hadnt gotten around to packing them up for her yet. i am SO glad i didnt, because i've worn them every day this week and twice last week!!
