He winked and he lowered his head

I can so see him doing that :D

"Thanks," Oliver muttered.

"Don't mention it... Fish."

Oh, teh angst...

You are doing a fabulous job at IC and you are great at dialogue too, not a false word out of either of them.

Now that
Show divulged yesterday *
I love you Show* that Fish was no 'prude' back in college, I'm looking forward to you writing all about this 'not prudish' Fish *
hints* :D

Thank you! I'm so glad they're in character. I'm obsessed with IC depictions and dialogue and all that. I just want to make sure I'm doing the characters justice.

I really appreciate the support. Thanks again!

Oh, Kyle/Oliver and Layla/Cristian are my Awesome Quad of Awesomeness, too! I never thought I'd say that about Layla and Cris, either, but there's the magic of Kish for ya!

Thanks so much for the insightful comment. I'm glad that Oliver's internal struggle's coming through in the writing, as is Kyle's frustration. I really truly love angsty, snarky Kyle. Honestly, I think I love writing the emotional conflict between them, even more than the fluffy bits!

So glad you're enjoying this. Thanks again!

And P.S. I adore TWOP, lurking and now that I've come out of the woodwork on the OLTL thread, posting. The posters over there are so darn insightful!

Oh, the angst! This chapter was just perfect. I love how personal you've made the use of their first names. Just... love it!

Oh my goodness. This was so nicely written - you really capture those first tentative explorations that we all do. And it seems organic to Kyle and Oliver as you've written them.

Apparently there is some fabulous spoiler out there about them that I am trying not to read. Your story is a great distraction - it's more than than because it's a treat in its own right - but it's also keeping me from violating my spoiler free pledge to myself. But, much like Oliver's inability to resist the awesomeness that is Kyle and fully being who he is . . . no, I'm going to stay strong. Thanks again for the lovely and careful writing!

I'm glad that the physical aspect of their relationship feels connected to Kyle and Oliver in this story. That's pretty much what I was striving for, as it's the only way I feel comfortable with writing smutty parts with these stories.

Yes, I can only speculate as to what the spoiler was (I'm trying to remain as spoiler free as much as possible!) Writing's definitely my distraction. Glad you're liking this, and I'm glad that it's distracting you too!

I'm so glad you're enjoying this. Thank you for the lovely comment!
