No; I was waiting for someone outside on the office steps, and I saw you guys pass by :) Yay, random coincidences.

We called an ambulance for the woman because we were genuinely worried about her well-being. She was about to run into traffic, and we knew it we absolutely had to do something. She was (honest to GOD!) almost run over by a truck. We didn't know what else to do but let the police handle it.

Security didn't ask us to leave, either. He was very kind to us and told us that if Stephen chose not to speak to us when he was ready to leave, that we should respect that. We naturally agreed to do so.

By the way... meaculpa_g June 26 2007, 02:38:52 UTC
From what I understand, Stephen is always escorted out by security. It's a normal thing. It didn't occur just because we were there.

Well, Tuscara, you've made your point. I suppose if you weren't acting so condescendingly towards everyone, one could possibly argue that you've made some good points. But that's not the case.

Not to mention you've also made a sweet girl who just wanted to share a fun and once in a lifetime experience feel awful.

First of all, susied23, I'm actually sorry this whole thing exploded on your journal as comments to your recap about the event you hold precious. And don't take this as patronizing, but the fact is you *are* fairly young and the age does make some difference in the matter, believe it or not.

Yeah, because that's not passive-agressive or patronizing in the leastI don't know what your beef is. Maybe you're jealous, or bitter, or angry at the state of the fandom. Whatever. Susie's journal was hardly the place to bring this up. I've read plenty of fan reports where behavior could, by your criteria, be considered "stalkerish ( ... )

Wait, let's get or list out:

1. Needless fandom shit-stirring...check.
2. Martyrdom complex...check.
3. "Opresshun!"...check.

Have we left anything out?

Invoking the Constitution on an individual's blog hosted by a private company?

Not to mention, the person whose LJ this is isn't even American.

Yeah you're right, susied23 has really violated your 1st Amendment rights by deleting comments in her personal journal. Oh how I love fangirl self-immolation.
