It's been a wet summer. In general it's not too terrible because the past few years we've had somewhat of a drought. I'm very lucky to live in a place where we like our neighbors. We live in a twin..(that's an attached house, or two-family depending on local usage). FiranCon is this weekend. It seems like ages since the last one, (and it is a little longer than a year), but now that it's coming up at the end of the week I realize all the things that I need to do in order to get ready. Tonight was the opening of my son Jon's jon_ezra High School Musical, Carousel. It was really very good, very impressive. I wasn't really familiar with the musical, though Jon has been playing the CD for months now.
