I went to bed last night around 9:30. There was a show at a club Down Under here in town with John Vanderslice. I would have liked to go, but I was running on empty.

The night before I was out pretty late, and up till early in the morning. But it was a lot of fun and totally worth it.

Eddie Breen has been one of my favorite artists since I was in the tenth grade. Or there abouts. His work is not for everyone, in fact, most people I think dislike it. But there is just something about it, that fascinates me. He does what is called "piggy back" art. He basically takes a painting that he finds incomplete or boring and makes it whole ( Read more... )
