In my continued efforts to return to "health" and "happiness" (the latter is doing very well, thank you), I'm revisiting walking/running. Mostly walking, I've seen lots of reports on how running is bad for your knees and how walking is much healthier for you. Replace "reports" with "heresay". And replace "bad for your knees" with "I feel too old

I'm reading Three Cups of Tea. Still. I get about 5 minutes at a time. I got a good two hour stretch the other day.
I may quit smoking right now. Like, now. Dizziness and heart palpitations make me think I'm about to have a stroke or something. We'll see how long it lasts come tomorrow morning when the irresistable draw of coffe/cigarette gets me. Unless I still feel like shit, then it'll be ice water and fruit. I WILL BE HEALTHY. I WILL NOT BE THE OLD GIRL WITH HEALTH ISSUES DAMNIT!
