Online payments without the extra charge...a small "thank you"...
I'd like to thank Georgia Northwestern for using a credit card payment system that does NOT add the almost obligatory 3% fee for using the service. I understand that somewhere in there, the charge of usage is covered in the actual "amount owed", but thats ok. I'm really ok with that. Teeth!
1. My teeth are healthy. I have one cavity that formed under a cracked filling and that's it. Oh, and two pesky wisdom teeth that are cozily buried underneath a layer of warm soft gum tissue. I don't intend on exposing them to the cruel coldness of the world. Ever!

Health and Happiness
In my continued efforts to return to "health" and "happiness" (the latter is doing very well, thank you), I'm revisiting walking/running. Mostly walking, I've seen lots of reports on how running is bad for your knees and how walking is much healthier for you. Replace "reports" with "heresay".
